pk07 Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pk07 at pk07.best, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and pk07 in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If you are accessing pk07 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of pk07 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pk07 does not permit access to any person under the age of 18. Age verification may be requested at any time and an account may be suspended pending satisfactory verification.
• You are accessing pk07 for personal, non-commercial use only. Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with pk07 is not permitted.
• You are not accessing pk07 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pk07 is lawful in your location.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of pk07 or any affiliated company, unless explicitly permitted in writing by pk07.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from pk07 under a self-exclusion request or for violation of these Terms.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on pk07. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of whether different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods are used — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses across those accounts.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If your contact details change, you must update your account promptly.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk07 account login credentials. pk07 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact pk07 support immediately.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk07 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk07 supports deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.

Deposits are credited to your pk07 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a technical failure, contact pk07 support with your transaction reference number for manual resolution.

Withdrawals are processed by pk07 within one business day of request in the normal course. Mobile wallet withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically completed within a few hours. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

pk07 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all accounts regardless of withdrawal amount. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal being held pending compliance.

pk07 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited into a pk07 account must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the pk07 account. Deposits from unrecognised sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

5Bonuses and Promotions

pk07 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and game-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented and claimed, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pk07 promotions:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is clearly stated at the time of claiming and varies by promotion type.
• Wagering requirements count towards completion at different rates depending on the game type played. Refer to the specific offer page for game contribution rates.
• Only one welcome deposit bonus is available per player. The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit made by a newly registered pk07 account.
• pk07 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or void a claimed bonus in the event of suspected abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or breach of these Terms.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on pk07 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game on pk07, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules and accept them as binding.

pk07 is committed to providing fair game outcomes. Crash games and other applicable titles on pk07 use a provably fair algorithm where the outcome is cryptographically committed before each round begins. Players can verify the outcome of any applicable round using the seed verification tool available in their account.

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that results in an incorrect game outcome being displayed, pk07 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player. Funds won as a result of a software error are not valid and will not be paid out.

• All games are for real-money wagering only on the live platform. No practice mode is available within the real-money environment.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface before each round.
• pk07 game results are final once a round is settled. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant round completion.
• Use of external assistance tools, automated bet placement software, or any method designed to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and grounds for immediate account suspension.

7Responsible Gaming

pk07 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem, and we take that seriously. pk07 provides a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk07 account holders through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period of time.
• Cool-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of your choosing. During a cool-off period, you cannot access, deposit to, or play on pk07.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from pk07. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of six months. During exclusion, pk07 will not send you promotional communications.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk07 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on pk07, regardless of the identity, payment method, or device used.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point while using pk07.
• Using funds of illegal origin for deposits on pk07. All deposited funds must be from legitimate sources.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software tools, exploiting technical vulnerabilities, or collusion with other players.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using pk07 as a transactional channel to move funds regardless of gaming intent.
• Systematic exploitation of pk07 bonus and promotional offers in a manner designed to extract value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your pk07 account to any other person.
• Using aggressive, abusive, or threatening language towards pk07 support staff or other players on any communication channel associated with pk07.
• Accessing pk07 using a VPN, proxy, or other tool designed to mask your true location, unless expressly permitted by pk07 in writing.

9Account Suspension and Termination

pk07 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that the account holder has violated these Terms, is engaged in prohibited activities, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to pk07 or other players.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, pk07 may, at its discretion, withhold the balance of the account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a violation occurred, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

A player may voluntarily close their pk07 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in the account — after applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses are satisfied — will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Funds associated with active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on voluntary closure.

10Privacy and Data

pk07 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on pk07, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

pk07 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the platform and comply with applicable obligations. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by pk07, subject to applicable legal requirements. Submit such requests to support@pk07.best.

11Intellectual Property

All content on pk07 — including but not limited to the platform design, game graphics, text, logos, icons, and software — is the property of pk07 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from pk07 content without our prior written consent.

The pk07 name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of pk07. You may not use these marks in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or suggest affiliation with pk07 without written authorisation.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk07, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from or in connection with your use of the pk07 platform.

pk07 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. pk07 will endeavour to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance where possible. pk07 is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of platform unavailability.

pk07 is not responsible for any loss arising from network or internet connectivity issues on the player's end, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processing delays outside of pk07's control.

13Amendments to These Terms

pk07 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk07 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Non-material clarifications may be updated without individual notice.

Your continued use of pk07 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you should cease using pk07 and close your account by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pk07 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it when notified of updates.
